Hello Warrior!
It is important to note that change doesn't happen overnight, and this program will take work, but real work makes REAL results. This is not designed to be a challenge that you take for a month and then forget, we want to help you build a skillset that can change your life. Change is the result of replacing bad habits with good ones and expanding your mindset to strengthen your mind. Good habits lead to a healthy mind. Here are some great starters as you begin this incredible journey with us.
Change Your Mind!
We told you that a healthy mind was key to being successful in our program. We’re going to start off in your head. You may have spent the last few years wondering how can you live the life you want to live, while being trapped inside of this body that you do not like. The first step to changing your mind however is loving the body you do have and remembering that self love is not lying to yourself. You can love your body and accept yourself AND still work towards a healthier version of you. No one will or can love you like you can love yourself. If you tend to put others needs before your own, please understand that putting YOU first may sound selfish but you will see that everyone around you will be much better off if you are happy and healthy. If you feel guilty, it’s completely normal, do not stop your self care. Please trust this process.
YOU have the power to make the changes you seek. The goal is to realize and believe this fact. We want you to think about how your emotions and behaviors affect your health. Are you feeding anything besides your hunger and that desire to stunt on Instagram? Could it possibly be a lack of self love or not feeling good enough, that has been holding you back from your goals?
Write down the answers to these questions in your provided journal. You’ll be using this journal a lot Warrior, so keep it in a good place!
Set Sustainable Goals
What is your ultimate vision for your ultimate self? Take a few moments to think about this, and record in your journal. Writing these actions down will be key in making these visualizations REAL. Our program was created to break down big steps into smaller, achievable goals that can lead to a healthier lifestyle.
Set Up Support Systems
Do you remember the song “What About Your Friends” by TLC?
After you finish dancing in your seat, think about your friends and family and how much they mean to you. I want you to write the names of three nearby people who mean the world to you. Then I want you to contact those friends and let them know about the Warrior Program as well as the goals and visualizations you’ve written down. This support system will be key when you’re officially over it and feel like you just want to take that cheat day in the middle of the week before the scheduled rest day. Also let your chosen friends know about what you’re eating so they can check you if necessary. Co-workers are also a great source for help since you’re around them much of the day. You may even find a new workout buddy! When you hit these goals, celebrate with these people! If you have a moment where you’re hurting, let the people you trust know. It will help a lot!
Make Healthier Choices
Step1 towards making healthier choices is CLEANING OUT THAT PANTRY AND REFRIGERATOR!!! Let’s start with the pantry first, remove all items, remove the expired food and junk (chips, cookies, sugary drinks, candies) same for your refrigerator. We’ll let you keep ONE item on your naughty list, but that’s it! You can make some room for the nutrient rich foods like fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains that we’ve designed the program around for you to eat and love.

Also Me: Treat yourself one last time you deserve it.
Let's Get Moving!
The workout portion of our program is designed to help you tone your body and mind and kickstart an active lifestyle. It’s simple physics. An object at rest, will stay at rest, but if you move, results will be seen. Documenting your results by taking “before” photos will help keep you motivated by actually visualizing your results, so be sure to take them and put them somewhere safe and ready for that AMAZING “after” shot you’re going to create when you hit your personal goals.
Taking pictures is beneficial. You want to be able to remember your journey, so try and use the same stances when taking photos. Taking them in the same room and in the same position will help you be truthful about results and help you become able to use your photos as a reminder to see how far you’ve come.
Stick With It!
Warriors, remember to keep your journal handy, and make notes of your progress as well as your pain points. Work on setting small goals that slowly turn those pain points into pains of the past. If you set the correct goals and put in the effort, you WILL achieve the results. Once you begin hitting those goals, the feelings of accomplishment will propel you to achieve more. It’s a positive feedback loop that turns you into your own motivation. You’ve done it Warrior, you’ve made your start! Now, let’s get to work.
